Payment details, schedules, and methods will be specified in the client agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the agreement.
In no event shall CloudCodersHub be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state/country where CloudCodersHub is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
